Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.
This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Portable AC units - best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Very roomy climate controlled space, it was an Excellent stay. Definitely get what you paid for.Show more Philip was a very responsive and helpful host. Unfortunately, some maintenance issues with the property led us to end our stay early. However, Philip was understanding and pleasant to communicate with throughout the entire process.Show more Nice to place to stay if you are in town for a few days. It was not in the description that there is another unit above it, in which a couple and their dog was renting while I was down in the basement. Made for a noisy stay but I'm sure that's not always the case.
The fridge did break down halfway through and it was tough getting response to get it fixed. It never did get fixed, and I couldn't have any cold or frozen food for the second half of my week there which was pretty inconvenient, as I bought/brought all my food for the week. I was compensated some and was appreciative, but still didn't feel completely equaled out after paying a pretty high price for the space.
Overall was decent and clean. Just some unfortunate timing of the upstairs neighbors and refrigerator.Show more
