Welcome to our single-level three-bedroom house located near Old Town Scottsdale and within walking distance from Vista Del Camino Park. Our home features a fully fenced yard with a heated pool and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The master bedroom boasts a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and a comfy king bed, opening up to the yard with a seating area. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and direct access to the yard with the pool. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, USB plug-ins, and also opens up to the yard with the pool. Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with cookware essentials provided. The spacious living room offers ample seating with a 55" Smart TV for entertainment. Two parking spots are available on the driveway and street parking in a cul-de-sac. The house also features a full bathroom with all towels and soaps provided, including pool towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. Additionally, guests can make use of the BBQ and EV charger during their stay. Welcome to your home away from home!
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Scottsdale region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
House Rules Required
POOL HEATING REQUESTS: A Pool Heating Fee of $50 per night will be applied to your reservation if you request pool heating.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.
This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

My family had a great stay at this home. The pool and hot tub were a nice touch, and the outdoor space, with a BBQ and firepit, provided plenty of room to relax. Being directly across from a large park made for easy, enjoyable walks. It was a perfect place to unwind.Show more We booked this because it looked amazing, had a pool, and a hot tub. Once we got the address, we looked at Google (satellite and street view) and were kind of shocked. It’s a heavily renovated house in an old and run-down neighborhood. Whatever, not a deal breaker but not what we expected.
Took a while to get in the house because the key box wasn’t where the instructions said. We randomly found it somewhere else.
The pool/hot tub. We couldn’t find a way to raise the temp of the hot tub. We messaged them and they gave some generic answer about adjusting it on the control panel or resetting the breaker. Well there is no accessible control panel. So fail there.
The master shower is only a waterfall shower head. That had a major leak in the side, which sprayed water out the side and would have flooded the bathroom. So we couldn’t use it. We messaged the host, and they offered to come fix it.

Very pleased. It was fantastic having a private pool. It was perfect or morning swims and evening dips. The neighborhood was very quiet and has parks. This is just feedback. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that the pool was cleaned before our arrival but there was so many leaves and small branches in the pool. I ended up cleaning the pool myself when I arrived. The grass was long and uncut. Someone showed up a few days into our stay before 7am to cut the grass which was not a nice way to wake up but I’m assuming they’re trying to get it done before the temps get crazy hot during the day. We did not like having people show up unexpectedly on the property without notice or knowledge that an outfit comes on specific days.Thank you for letting us vacation in your beautiful home and we look forward to staying again.Show more
