This charming home sits in one of the best, most family friendly neighborhoods in Colorado Springs called Patty Jewett. The home has been recently renovated to restore its charm while bringing it into this century. The main level is open concept and bright, featuring the kitchen, living room, dining room, one bedroom, and an office. The basement offers another living room space with a game table and large Smart TV for movie and game nights. The basement also features two additional bedrooms and a pull-out couch. The back yard is equipped with a gas grill and dining table so you can enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunshine. The yard is fully fenced in, perfect for your furry friend!

The home is located in a charming, safe, family-friendly neighborhood called Patty Jewett. The neighborhood is adorned with parks (Shooks Run), a nice golf course, sidewalks for evening strolls, and quick access to main highways, making it easy to explore all that Colorado Springs has to offer.
Take your pup for a walk or go for an evening stroll in the neighborhood. To get around to the sights, parks, restaurants, and bars, drive or take an Uber!
Guests are welcome to park in front of the house on the street or in the driveway, accessed through the alley behind the house. There is plenty of parking for several cars.

Sadly, our trip to Colorado Springs was ruined because our Air bnb was not ready when we arrived. When we arrived for our scheduled check in time, the house was still dirty from the previous guests. There were dirty towels in the bathtub, dirty sheets on the beds, the kitchen was dirty and you could see hair on the chairs in the living room. We went outside to sit on the chairs while we called the host and there were spider webs on the chairs.
The host replied that they would look to find someone to clean our home.
Unfortunately, we all needed to shower and had a gathering to attend within the hour. We ended up having to find a hotel room and pay for extra boarding fees for our 2 small dogs. We were unable to find a suitable replacement for our week long stay in Colorado Springs.Show more Great communications. responded very quickly. house was spacious and comfortable. bath towels were resort style.Show more Don’t believe the pictures!!! I’m not sure how this place got so many good reviews.
Nothing in this house feels inviting or homey. There’s odour when you get in, the grill didn’t work and was filthy and propane tank was empty. Pans were oily or with eggs leftover.
The bathroom downstairs missing a shower had, the shower drain is rusty, and the floor was full of dust. Seems like cleaners know nobody use it so they do not even clean it.
The bath upstairs also has stains and very outdated.
I wish I could add pictures to my review, do yourself a favour and skip this one.Show more Carlos Asterio
