The house is in an excellent location and sits in a very calm, peaceful neighborhood. Nice home, very spacious. Just be aware that once you book it there is a mandatory $50 insurance fee for possible broken items or they put a $1000 hold on your card. I use AirBnB quite a bit and I was not used to that. Maybe it was in the small print before I booked but it caught me by surprise. LaMesha

Overall, my stay was pleasant and the space was clean and as described. I’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnbs, and I agree with previous guests that the furniture could use an update the couches and chairs are noticeably worn and sunken in. A refresh there would really elevate the comfort of the space. Additionally, a few of the towels and comforters had visible spots and could be replaced to maintain the property’s otherwise clean feel. With a few small updates, this would be an excellent stay.
