The location is beautiful, clean and the house is beautiful and big! The clubhouse is a plus and love the safety to check in at the gate. The living room and All rooms where clean and upstairs too.

Philips place was very welcoming and homey. The beds and linens were super comfortable and cozy. The furnishings were tasteful and modern, with small Zen touches here and there that you noticed over a stay. The backyard was large and private with fairy lights that come on at dusk which is one the quiet touches you notice while staying there. The laundry room was well stocked with necessities and the kitchen likewise. Cooking was a pleasure, and the small office nook above the living room was a great retreat to do some work. The bathrooms were a mix of modern and vintage and a joy to cleanup in, with a rain shower head and a hand held wand as well as a tub if you want to soak. Basement had a small coffee table foosball table that I was too tired to get to but likely would have played, and a small gym with quality weight sets for lifting.

Very fun little complex in a good location

We absolutely loved our stay at this Scottsdale home! The pictures don’t even do it justice — the place is beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The backyard was the highlight for us — the pool, hot tub, and putting green made it feel like our own private resort. We spent mornings drinking coffee under the shade sails and evenings soaking in the spa. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. Beds were cozy, and everything worked perfectly. Our host, Premier Pads, was amazing to work with. Communication was top-notch — they responded quickly to every question and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome. We didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Scottsdale.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home. Even nicer in person than in the pictures. Has spa vibes. The location was very convenient, and the home had so many thoughtful touches. One thing to note is that the backyard is not fully fenced, but otherwise very dog friendly. Thank you, Philip!

I travel to Phoenix a lot for work.  I wish I found this place sooner.  It really was a great experience.   The only issue was one of the A/C units was frozen up outside and the one area of the house was not able to really be used.  But given that we were there only in the evenings, it didn't affect us.  I would definitely stay there again.

Great property! Very clean. Centrally located in Colorado Springs. Plenty of room for the entire family, and a full bathroom for every bedroom. No sharing or waiting in line for the shower :) Only downside....there are only two parking spots (same for all units in this complex) and they are often used by other people who live in the complex. This leaves the folks at the VRBO with nowhere to park. This isn't the fault of the VRBO or the owners, it's just a heads up to other renters.....be prepared for the possible need to park further away and walk in.

Great house!  Communication with the host was timely and easy.  The kids loved the swing and the hot tub.  Kitchen has everything you need.  The deck and fire pit were lovely.  Would stay again.

We had a wedding to attend at Pikes Peak Ranch and this was the perfect house to stay in for this event as we were able to get to and from the venue in just under 30 minutes.  The property is beautiful, peaceful and remote and the town of Woodland Park is really great too. We wish we could've stayed longer.  The house is just as advertised with lots of room for family. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all with family or friends this is a wonderful place.  It is definitely off the beaten path and driving at night or in the winter could be challenging for some.

Great Airbnb stay! The location on the Tempe/Scottsdale border made it easy to access both sides of town. The neighborhood was peaceful, walkable, and close to restaurants. We also loved having a large park and even a nearby police station within walking distance — very reassuring. The home was super dog-friendly and accommodating, even for my last-minute booking with three dogs. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Favorite features: the beautiful pool, spacious kitchen, large comfy beds, the primary bedroom shower, and cozy string lights in the backyard. Helpful notes: The weekly pool cleaning and regular trash pickup don’t have exact times, so it’s best to coordinate with the host, especially if traveling with pets. Overall, a welcoming and functional home in a perfect location — we’d happily return!

Philip was very communicative throughout. Immediately after booking he reached out to let us know that if we needed anything to contact him. He allowed us to park one of our two vehicles in the parking lot before check-in. We had no issues with the home. Heat and A/C worked well. Water was hot. Beds were comfy. Pretty quiet neighborhood aside from the construction going on behind the property (even that wasn't that bad). It's very close Red Rocks Open Space and Garden of the Gods. Watched a couple of amazing sunsets. Would recommend.

We loved the place! Lots of fun games which made for great family moments. It was close to the wedding venue which made our lives much easier! The only complaint I have is the amount charged for early check in…upwards of $200. I can see it is was an inconvenience for the host but in this circumstance it wasn’t. In addition it could be an Airbnb policy….but seems a little outrageous to me….especially for the price being paid already. Overall we had a great time and would stay again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group! The kitchen was great for making meals for our whole group. There was outdoor and indoor seating. The rooms all had different themes which was cute, and there was a lot of room to take friends and family. The adults were able to talk or play games while the kids played outside or played hide and seek, which was their favorite! This house was so wonderful. I have 4 starts for the check-in process because the code we were given didn't work, but, luckily, I had the WiFi password to contact someone about it. Otherwise, I would have had to drive somewhere for signal to reach out. Thankfully, we got an immediate response on how to get in. Thank you for a wonderful weekend stay!
