I booked Phillip‘s place to work remotely and relax but I got way more than I paid for. The neighborhood is so beautiful and peaceful, you can walk the trail or the neighborhood safely. Check in was a breeze and he had absolutely everything you need to make any dish in the kitchen, like absolutely everything. My husband and I are very active and having a full gym in the basement was amazing! The machines are top notch for bodybuilding. Stores were nearby and very easy access to the freeway. The place was spotless and cozy, the beds were so comfy. We seriously felt right at home, if we had a question he responded right away. I would recommend his place to anyone wanting to relax in a beautiful area. I didn’t bring my pup but he even had nice big dog beds in the main areas and the trails are perfect for walks. I had a last minute request, twice, to extend my reservation and he responded right away. This place is seriously amazing, book it! We will definitely be back!

One of the cooler AirBnb's I've ever booked. There were 11 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and multiple gamerooms and yards w/ pools. Our whole group was very comfortable all hanging out in the main house but it was nice to have all the extra space and sleeping quarters. Cheap ubers from the Airport and to Rainey and South Congress. We walked to dinner at 1618 one night, don't sleep on that place! Still can't believe this place exists so close to downtown, we felt like we were on an episode of the Real World.

Really quiet and safe neighborhood. We practically lived in the hot tub as it is perfect "Hot Tub" weather in Arizona right now. The house was clean and modern, and was very private. I also loved the back yard. Macario was very responsive and gave us a late check out option which I really appreciated. Honestly the perfect week would absolutely stay here again.

From check in to check out Macario was quick with responses and very professional. The home was everything that we expected and then some! The bathroom in the main bedroom was the biggest perk for me! I wished that it wasn’t snowing so I could’ve opened the door to the balcony. The beds were comfortable. We loved everything about the home. I would definitely stay again.

If you don’t need tons of space, this is a great place to call home away from home! The house is set back from the street, so feels very private. There was a guest or two below me, but I did not hear them at all, so again, private and peaceful. I didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit due to cold winter weather, but the spot looks inviting and cozy. The lights are on every night, so it also feels welcoming.

This was a great stay for our family of 4 and our furbabies. The backyard was big for the dogs to run and the inside was spacious enough for the kiddos to play with their toys. Working from home was not quite the best at this location just due to the inconsistency of the internet connection. But overall was a great place. Thanks again.

Since I travel full time, having a second bedroom here is great for an office space. His place was clean, well managed, and everything I needed for a month long stay. Would stay again.

Philip’s cabin was well worth the price. I would do it all over again! I was looking for a quiet cabin for a much needed two week respite and Philip’s place checked every box. I love how it’s not far from Woodland Park or Colorado City; both great communities. The cabin was very clean. I felt warm and comfortable. The fireplace made a huge difference. The kitchen had all the proper amenities. I cooked meals with nothing missing for each meal. I would love to stay here again!

Big home with big backyard. The view wasn’t perfect but you could still see the mountain range. The home was very clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great and cell service was good (verizon). In a cul-de-sac and no issues from neighbors. Close to everything - food, parks, hiking, & city. Was a nice place for my cat and I to spread out and relax.

What a fantastic house. We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our group. We came to ski and you couldn't find a closer location to the Mountain. We had room for family style meals and to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped and the appliance were top notch. The garage was even big enough for our sprinter van.

We loved this location and the hot tub / outdoor patio with the view was perfect! Quiet neighborhood seemed very safe with easy access to the 101, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails. Large area inside to spread out. Could use a little TLC but overall space is great.

This was by far the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The home was extremely unkept and did not match the photos or amenities listed. There were holes in the walls and even holes in the bathtub, dirty walls, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The house had a terrible smell and felt unsanitary. Communication with the host was awful. We could not get into the home when we first arrived and had to wait while calling and texting multiple times with no response. The host only replied once we went through Airbnb support. Even then, they refused to work with us or take responsibility for the condition of the home. The location was far from everything, making the situation even worse. This experience was especially disappointing as it was for my birthday weekend. The listing is misleading, and the quality of the home is unacceptable. This property should not be listed on Airbnb. I strongly do not recommend staying here.

This place should never have been cleared to rent. Multiple safety, cleanliness, & comfort issues. When booking, great reviews and photos online. 4 days before trip, noticed 2 terrible reviews, I contacted the company expressing concern & was assured the maintenance issues were fixed & unit was as advertised with amenities in working order. They already had our $. House had layers of dust & dirt, a large 4’x3’ hole in the brick to the OUTSIDE covered by a piece of unsecured CARDBOARD, broken pool cue sticks, did not have enough towels, blankets or sheets. One of our kids slept with a thin airline blanket only. Called the emergency number listed Friday morning, was assured missing supplies would be delivered. Called & texted Friday night, Saturday morning, afternoon & night. 4 towels were dropped @ the door on Saturday w/o notice. Sheets, blanket, pool cues delivered Sunday - 24 hrs before our departure. The host company offered a max 13% refund. Absolute worst experience ever.

Place was not clean when we got there and the house is in a state of despair not accurately reflected in the listing depicted on the website. The sofa was broken, the  bathroom shower was clogged and wouldn't drain, pool sticks were bent, and there is a hole between the garage and front door haphazardly covered with cardboard. This hole exposed the kitchen area to the outside. I would not recommend this place

This entire place is one big landlord special. Our code to get in didn’t work and took overnight to get corrected. We were only able to get in because maintenance who was there to fix a plumbing issue let us in. The kitchen sink and dishwasher were out of service. The home was not cleaned before our stay. Every single game advertised on the listing was broken and couldn’t be used properly. There are electrical concerns throughout the house with light switches hanging from walls and sockets hanging from the ceiling. Every door sticks due to bad paint jobs. The air conditioning was disabled. The sofa was broken and left with exposed staples. The main room shower didn’t even have a handle to open the door, just duct tape. The second bathroom was covered in rust and peeling paint. The whole reason we stayed was to go to a comedy show in Phoenix and even with check in being at 4, we couldn’t get in the house until 7 so we missed the show. And cleaning people were there from 9pm to midnight!

Overall this was got us what we needed. The backyard was the best part with the pickleball and other amenities. A lot of our party got cold at night (December). There were no blankets other than bedspreads readily available and only two pillows with actual sleeping pillow cases for all the beds. We were eventually given the code to the storage blankets and supplies. The pool sticks were stripped and not functional. The kitchen sink looked like it needs some work due to not draining well. Be aware there is a $50 fee on top of Airbnb fees that is not refundable for a damage waiver. Overall a fine place to stay.

Premier Pads were very friendly and super responsive! The place had all the essentials and plenty of space for a larger group around 13 people could stay comfortably. The photos make the place look a bit bigger than it actually is, but it’s still a very spacious spot overall. It did feel a bit like a party house and could use some renovations in the main bathroom and the big room with the bunk beds. Overall we had a nice stay!
