Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins.
