Disappointing. I asked for an early check in and never received any follow up. Rather than an early check in, the cleaner was still there after 7:00 p.m.--more than three hours after check in--and with no advance notice from the host about the delay. After entering the house, one of my guests was trapped in the bathroom after the door knob fell off as he tried to exit. The place wasn't properly cleaned, including inside thee refrigerator, where something appeared to have leaked from a takeout container. Light bulbs were burned out. The last day I received an email offering me late check out--$37.45 for one hour, $62.42 for two, $174.79 for three. I suggested the host provide three hours late check out or some kind of monetary compensation for the many issues and three hour late check in. He finally agreed to a one-hour late check out. I also received an email from the host asking that I give him a five-star review and provide any negative comments privately. Taking a break from airbnb. Vincent

Good Location, nice house, fully equipped kitchen. Street busier than anticipated. Disappointed in the cleanliness and the condition. Doorknob missing, light bulbs out, dishes in washer, towels in wash room. Some items addressed others not. Surprised by the fees for early check in especially since the house was not ready.
