Getting in contact with the property management was terrible. No one ever answered the phone when we called. The phone numbers they listed or gave us were not the same as they gave Vrbo. Reasons we needed to get in contact was because the house was unlocked when we got there and the battery for the keynpad was so low it couldn't lock or unlock. Once we got inside we noticed there was mold throughout the whole house. We had kids who were all 4 and under and decided it wasn't safe for them to stay there for our 3 day stay. The host and hostess are very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and plenty of stuff to do with the kids. It is a good central location to Houston and Galveston. If you are going to NASA, it is basically a mile away. We would stay here again! L

The host and his wife were very friendly very helpful always checked in with us to make sure everything was OK if there was ever anything we needed they were ready and available to help also giving us the space for us to enjoy their home, which was wonderful it was decorated different themes. They even gave us a tour and gave us a little bit of history about the Place and what each what each room represented in its décor the House was also very informative on fishing and where to catch what. they had plenty of supplies and games. Our kids and grandkids always had something to do even in the rain. He had several type’s of grills and fire pits all in really good condition. The pool table was my favorite . The Jacuzzi was amazing. They even showed me how to work the controls so that I could get it at the perfect temperature. He cleaned it daily and we used it daily.Over-all this was a wonderful vacation thanks to the host and their hospitality. One detail that impressed me and my wife was that my granddaughter‘s birthday was the last day that we were staying there and Eric did a special light show for her in the driveway. She just loved it. We all did thanks for that extra special that you did didn’t have to do, but you did Eric we appreciate you definitely would go back to Our first impression was not the best. Upon arrival the ac was not working. The owner had one of my son-in-law’s help him tape the ac together. The owner made some unnecessary comments about another one of my son-in-law’s calling him a nice Jewish boy. The place was very cluttered had a lot of dust and the bars of soap had hair from previous renters. The water faucet had a bad odor when I turned the water on. The owner is at the sit at all times and that was no where on the rental details. The first night there the neighbor came over to hang out with the owner and asked my kids if they wanted to go over to play in their pool. I would definitely recommend they let everyone know they are on site and do some cleaning.
