If you don’t need tons of space, this is a great place to call home away from home! The house is set back from the street, so feels very private. There was a guest or two below me, but I did not hear them at all, so again, private and peaceful. I didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit due to cold winter weather, but the spot looks inviting and cozy. The lights are on every night, so it also feels welcoming. Jennifer

Clean, comfortable, and accurately represented. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated the small fenced-in area for pets as well as the outdoor fire pit space. The location was convenient, felt safe, and had several pet-friendly restaurants nearby — Durham Beer Garden was a great spot.<br/>The host was friendly and responsive, but there was an issue with the smart lock on arrival that required a lengthy call to gain access. The shower had low water pressure and the water never became truly hot. <br/>Overall, a clean, quiet, and well-located stay with some thoughtful features and strong potential, but a few fixable issues kept it from being an excellent experience. Very pet friendly<br/>Clean<br/>Good location - close to downtown with easy access to highways<br/> Not well stocked with cleaning supplies/ products in the unit to help keep clean, accidental spills or to replace when empty - no broom/mop/vacuum. no trash bags, kitchen towels, laundry detergent or extra paper towels, toiletpaper or soaps. Wonderful spot in Durham! Convenient drive to restaurants and to Raleigh. The place was super clean and well equipped. It was great for a weekend getaway and the host was very diligent, proactive, and friendly!
