I travel to Phoenix a lot for work.  I wish I found this place sooner.  It really was a great experience.   The only issue was one of the A/C units was frozen up outside and the one area of the house was not able to really be used.  But given that we were there only in the evenings, it didn't affect us.  I would definitely stay there again.

Great property! Very clean. Centrally located in Colorado Springs. Plenty of room for the entire family, and a full bathroom for every bedroom. No sharing or waiting in line for the shower :) Only downside....there are only two parking spots (same for all units in this complex) and they are often used by other people who live in the complex. This leaves the folks at the VRBO with nowhere to park. This isn't the fault of the VRBO or the owners, it's just a heads up to other renters.....be prepared for the possible need to park further away and walk in.

Great house!  Communication with the host was timely and easy.  The kids loved the swing and the hot tub.  Kitchen has everything you need.  The deck and fire pit were lovely.  Would stay again.

We had a wedding to attend at Pikes Peak Ranch and this was the perfect house to stay in for this event as we were able to get to and from the venue in just under 30 minutes.  The property is beautiful, peaceful and remote and the town of Woodland Park is really great too. We wish we could've stayed longer.  The house is just as advertised with lots of room for family. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all with family or friends this is a wonderful place.  It is definitely off the beaten path and driving at night or in the winter could be challenging for some.

Philip was very communicative throughout. Immediately after booking he reached out to let us know that if we needed anything to contact him. He allowed us to park one of our two vehicles in the parking lot before check-in. We had no issues with the home. Heat and A/C worked well. Water was hot. Beds were comfy. Pretty quiet neighborhood aside from the construction going on behind the property (even that wasn't that bad). It's very close Red Rocks Open Space and Garden of the Gods. Watched a couple of amazing sunsets. Would recommend.

We loved the place! Lots of fun games which made for great family moments. It was close to the wedding venue which made our lives much easier! The only complaint I have is the amount charged for early check in…upwards of $200. I can see it is was an inconvenience for the host but in this circumstance it wasn’t. In addition it could be an Airbnb policy….but seems a little outrageous to me….especially for the price being paid already. Overall we had a great time and would stay again!

Philip was very responsive from the first day we booked through the entire trip. His place is beautiful and one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at.  Kitchen was fully set up with top of the line cookware and utensils. We stayed here for my niece’s wedding (including the bride) and it was perfect for her wedding day get ready. We made good use of both the hot tub and fire pit ( extra propane for the bbq and fire pit was supplied). There was coffee supplied so we could make a pot our first morning before we went to get groceries, dishwasher and laundry detergent were also supplied. It’s the little touches that really elevate a stay from great to outstanding! Highly recommended by myself and my family. Oh, if you’re lucky you may see Kyle, he’s the mule deer that came by to sleep under the tree in the backyard!

I really loved the spiral staircase! The place was clean and had everything I needed when I got there. The location is superb. You're right in the middle of everything good I had Walmart dispensaries smoke shops, grocery stores Starbucks you name it all within a mile or two. This is a definite no-brainer. It was in a great location and should suit your needs.

If you are looking to experience Arizona at its finest this is the house to be in. The style of the home is beautiful. I love the southwest style homes. The swimming pool is perfect for the hot Arizona days. It’s far enough way yet close enough to everything The Walmart is right down the street and the grocery store We found some great pizza spots If I ever come back to Tucson, I will be staying here again Thank you for having a beautiful home. Great price for the location! Overall very comfortable and well set up. Within walking distance to Colorado College, restaurants, and more. Beds were clean and comfy and we appreciated the well appointed kitchen and coffee. Philip was responsive and kind when we didn’t read the instructions carefully enough and needed help with the lock (which was easy to use). Smooth check in, and the checkout was refreshingly simple and quick! It’s an older house so a few minor issues that go along with that- like a slight smell of smoke. We tried to ventilate by opening a windows that had a screen, and that helped. I think air purifiers in the rooms would minimize it. A few small maintenance things like an electrical malfunction with a light, but none that were emergent or required immediate attention, and Philip was receptive when we notified him and said he would take care of them when we left. It was workable for us, still totally worth the fair price, convenient location, and comfort.

Upon arrival, the trash bin was in front of house full. There was one roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. Towels were left in dryer and floors were not cleaned. The backyard was not cleaned from previous occupants dog. Cigarette butts littered the front yard.

We stayed here on a family vacation for Spring Break.  We were not impressed for multiple reasons.  The house was not clean.  I found trash, including candy wrappers on the floor and under the bed.  Food crumbs on the floor of the living room.  One of the living room chairs was obviously broken to the point of being unusable.  Whoever checked the house didn't take any time to look around, or it would have been noticed.  There were not nearly enough bath towels, and some of them were damp (put away wet after laundry?).  The entire house felt like a quick flip to rent.  Lots of small things wrong such as loose doorknobs, damaged doors, switchplates without screws, a bin of random used clothes in the garage.  The bottom of the pool was not clean, making the entire pool unappealing.  This was disappointing since the pool was a main reason we chose this house.  The AC had trouble keeping up on a few days in the upper 80s.  I'm sure it would be quite uncomfortable on any summer days in the 90-100 range.  There was a decent amount of space and the 2 car garage was nice.  It was convenient to the interstate.  I would not rent this house again, and I would actually avoid any other rentals managed/owned by this company.  I have my own VRBO and would be embarrassed if mine was in this condition.

Potential 5 star property that is poorly maintained and managed. 
It is really sad that this property could be a 5 star rental. But the lack of attention to maintenance, management, anenities and host responses make it only 2-3 stars. The biggest issue was that the dishwasher was not working. A handyman was sent to check it who told the host that it was working fine. This dishwasher is missing the lower spray arm, so even though it does run, the dishes do not get clean without the spray arm. So I had to hand wash the dishes the entire 5 night stay. There wasn't even a basic set of cookware and the few pieces there are in very poor condition. I have made numerous suggestions to the host as to the very simple things that could be done to make a better experience for guests. Hopefully they will take these steps. The stay was tolerable for the price, but I would have preferred to pay a little more and have a better experience.  If you are looking for a bargain rental without any basic amenities, this one will be good for you.
