One of the cooler AirBnb's I've ever booked. There were 11 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and multiple gamerooms and yards w/ pools. Our whole group was very comfortable all hanging out in the main house but it was nice to have all the extra space and sleeping quarters. Cheap ubers from the Airport and to Rainey and South Congress. We walked to dinner at 1618 one night, don't sleep on that place! Still can't believe this place exists so close to downtown, we felt like we were on an episode of the Real World.

Really quiet and safe neighborhood. We practically lived in the hot tub as it is perfect "Hot Tub" weather in Arizona right now. The house was clean and modern, and was very private. I also loved the back yard. Macario was very responsive and gave us a late check out option which I really appreciated. Honestly the perfect week would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great stay for our family of 4 and our furbabies. The backyard was big for the dogs to run and the inside was spacious enough for the kiddos to play with their toys. Working from home was not quite the best at this location just due to the inconsistency of the internet connection. But overall was a great place. Thanks again.

Since I travel full time, having a second bedroom here is great for an office space. His place was clean, well managed, and everything I needed for a month long stay. Would stay again.

Philip’s cabin was well worth the price. I would do it all over again! I was looking for a quiet cabin for a much needed two week respite and Philip’s place checked every box. I love how it’s not far from Woodland Park or Colorado City; both great communities. The cabin was very clean. I felt warm and comfortable. The fireplace made a huge difference. The kitchen had all the proper amenities. I cooked meals with nothing missing for each meal. I would love to stay here again!

Big home with big backyard. The view wasn’t perfect but you could still see the mountain range. The home was very clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great and cell service was good (verizon). In a cul-de-sac and no issues from neighbors. Close to everything - food, parks, hiking, & city. Was a nice place for my cat and I to spread out and relax.

What a fantastic house. We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our group. We came to ski and you couldn't find a closer location to the Mountain. We had room for family style meals and to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped and the appliance were top notch. The garage was even big enough for our sprinter van.

We loved this location and the hot tub / outdoor patio with the view was perfect! Quiet neighborhood seemed very safe with easy access to the 101, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails. Large area inside to spread out. Could use a little TLC but overall space is great.

This was a fantastic spot for a weekend getaway. The pool and hot tub were excellent, and the condo staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We ran into a few minor hiccups during our stay, but our host was extremely responsive and genuinely committed to making things right. Host did not fix WIFI password issue, just told me the password worked for other guests. Very bad odor in the place to the point of Nausea and unable to comfortably sleep. Air Freshener helped but only for about 30 minutes. We were told a Cleaning person would arrive the next day, when we asked when they would arrive we never got an answer until we called AirBNB support to let them and the host know we were leaving. The host then let me know after more than an hour they were 20 minutes away. We had already left and found a hotel to stay at. AirBNB support was absolutely FANTASTIC! Would never stay at one of this individuals properties again.

Nice place to stay, we enjoy the pool very much. One bathroom was without toilet paper, and no extras anywhere, we had to buy some, but no problem. The other issue was that in the bathtub was sound of a  leak of  water, and because I hear it,   I open the curtain and the bathtub was almost full of water, so I opened the tub stopper to let the water go, that was just estranged.     The place was clean with everything we need🧡

The hosts were very responsive. The outer door was locked so I couldn’t access the yalelock keypad. The hosts helped me attain a key that was on the property and gain access.

The layout of this place is fantastic. It’s basically two master bedrooms with private master bathrooms in opposite sides on the until with a living room, dining room and kitchen in the middle of them. This makes it an excellent place for couples to go and have privacy while vacationing together. The hot tub and pool were fabulous and the neighbors were friendly, but not intrusive. Loved the location. The beds could be softer imho, but even high end resorts can have uncomfortable beds sometimes. I was going to give this place 4 stars because of this. However, the owner proactively called us as we were packing to “check out” and to get our feedback on the unit and our stay. I’ve never had anyone do this before and was really impressed by this. They say they will sort that out. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Phoenix, or at one of their other properties. We would bring a memory foam bed topper with us though (courtesy of a travel vacuum sealer bag).

It’s was just as advertised! It was a hard to locate at first and maybe because of where the Uber dropped us off. We didn’t use the amenities since we were in town for a wedding and it’s winter time as far as the pool is concerned. Very simplistic and for the price in that area is a great deal!
