The exterior view & roof top deck are gorgeous. The rooms were well equipped and there are multiple areas to entertain in the home.<br/>The communication was quite responsive and we appreciated being able to retrieve a lost item after checkout. Avoid at all cost. The ad is misleading. The place was not cleaned. The pool and hot tub did not work. The wifi barely works. Half of the lights don't match and the other half don't work. No way to get a drink The sink water is gross, the purified faucet shown n the pics is dead, the ice machine and fridge water aren't hooked up. Batteries pulled out of smoke detectors...etc...etc. The ad shows the amazing house that it could be if anyone lived there or cared. It's just a money maker. Nothing else. Even the tree is overgorwn blocking the view. After discovering the beds were all used we had to stay so we stayed one night and checked out in the morning 7 days early. Had to get Air BnB involved for a refund. Scam house....they will fight you for a refund. I am shocked I get to leave this review but they earned it. I tried to get them to be reasonable and they offered us a $400 cleaning fee refund for a filthy house that half works. Plenty other places to stay. Great stay! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Mesa!
