And did we mention it's just a few hundred yards from the southern border of Garden of the Gods park? You can literally walk (or ride) right out the door to access the parks miles and miles of world class trails and spectacular sights.

The house is all yours! 4 bedrooms, entertainer's kitchen, 2 Bathrooms, billiards room, living room and private back yard. We know you'll love it!
Other things to note
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
*Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals.
* Access Garden of the Gods by walking or riding a few hundred yards due north on 36th St. Trail access is right at the end of 36th, at Temple.

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. We use this to prevent fraudulent reservations, illegal activity, and for the safety of all guests, neighbors, and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

The photos are a little misleading. Especially the Living Room. It has two dark brown leather, used couches. House is tired.<br/>When we first arrived at the house. We could not open the door because we had been given the wrong code. I phoned the number expecting to speak with the owner, but instead I was put through to a management company where I sat on hold with music playing only to be told no one could take my call and please leave a message. I texted the number and I also texted the host number and was able to get into the house fairly quickly. <br/>We entered the house very quickly because we had to go to the bathroom only to find the bathroom had not been cleaned. The host offered to send the cleaning lady back, but we declined.<br/>The location of this property is phenomenal.The kitchen was fully stocked There was plenty of toilet paper and shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers in the shower, laundry detergent.<br/>The hot tub did not work very well. We would definitely stay here again! Close to all of things we were hoping to experience with our kids and some things we didn’t even know about. The house was clean and clutter free which was great! The host was so responsive and kind if we had any questions. Wet linens in every room and every towel. Terrible communication with a third party management company that kept changing their names. Hot tub was dirty and had an empty cigarette pack at the bottom. It did not work until the night before our check out. They never set the door lock to the last 4 digits and instead made me use a back up code that others knew. When I expressed this concern, the person I spoke with confirmed that others may know the code and that they would reset it immediately. They never did and it made me feel unsafe and anxious the entire trip. Extremely disappointing accommodation and I did not get what I paid for. Stefanie
