Great communication. Host was proactive and helpful when needed. Good, quiet location. This is close to being a 5-star place. Its a solid stay for one or two people looking for someplace warm (in the winter), attractive and clean. Some things fell short, though.<br/>1. The bed is super firm and caused me back pain after only a couple of nights. The bed also had inadequate pillows. Three decorative pillows is too much. The two sleeping pillows were really thin and terrible for side sleeping. They were good for back sleeping.<br/>2. No toilet paper! None anywhere in the whole place. Also no garbage bags in the trash cans. <br/>3. The hot water was great when it *finally* decided to heat up. <br/>4. The place setting for two on the table was cute, but there was only one full-size plate in the cupboard. <br/>5. You'll have to basically kick the door open as it jams badly.<br/>Positives, though, it was a nice space to be in. The Ninja was super clutch for making a pizza. And the kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking needs. Beware:<br/>The amenities listed was not accurate. For example, cooktop was inoperable. No coffee maker, no cooking essentials. I stayed here for a week and had an overall pleasant experience. Macario is quite responsive w.r.t any issues you have.
