Disappointing Stay – Safety and Maintenance IssuesUnfortunately, our recent stay did not meet expectations due to multiple maintenance and safety concerns.• The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was not working, making the room unusable. As a result, a guest had to sleep on the couch for the entire stay.• The refrigerator water filter was expired by over 100 days, which raised concerns about water quality.• The arcade game and air hockey table advertised with the property were both not functioning.• The water drain was extremely slow, making it difficult and frustrating to use.• One bedroom had a broken bed and a broken closet door, creating a safety hazard—especially concerning for young children.• one dining chairs were broken and unsafe, posing a risk to anyone who might sit on them.• Bathroom curtain rods were rusted, reflecting poor upkeep and cleanliness.We contacted VRBO support for assistance, but unfortunately the support provided was minimal and did not help resolve these issues in a timely manner during our stay.Overall, the property appears poorly maintained, and several issues posed genuine safety concerns. We hope this feedback helps future guests make an informed decision and encourages the host to address these problems before renting again. Priscila

A casa precisa urgentemente de uma manutenção, agua do banheiro estava com limo, banheiros sujos, quartos totalmente cheio de poeira, utensílios da cozinha sujos, piso estava grudando o tênis quando andava, toalhas como se não estivessem lavados. Outro pontos a água do chuveiros não esquentava e logo ficava gelada. Resumindo estávamos com 8 pessoas chegamos tarde da noite e saímos no outro dia da casa pois não segue o padrão de casas que alugamos no Airbnb. A pessoa foi prestativa mas isso não resolveria nossa estadia de 13 dias que iríamos ficar. Então só recomendo essa casa após fazerem uma boa limpeza e manutenção. Horacio

The house itself was nice and the community amenities were great, with access to two resorts. However, several essential items in the home were missing or unavailable. The listing stated the grill was included, but it was locked and not usable, and the host never responded to messages. The house had only one roll of toilet paper for five bathrooms, and there were no paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, or laundry detergent—even though the checkout instructions asked guests to do a load of laundry.<br/>It wasn’t a bad stay, but the lack of essentials and limited communication made it less convenient than expected. Our flight got in at midnight. By the time we got to the security gate it was 1:30. The security guard didn’t know we were coming. I had to call the host and luckily someone responded and we got added so we could go in. When we got to the house there was a van in the driveway already. I called back and was assured there was no one inside. I entered the code and opened the door and could tell immediately someone was already staying there. Right away we left and called back and was told they would look into it. After that the host quit responding and cancelled my trip. Definitely not okay at 2 in the morning.
