-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog/week). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Amenities
Free parking garage on premises – 1 space
This was a great space for a quick trip. The only thing to note is that it's off a relatively busy road and the noise reduction in the home isn't great. While not as noticeable from the main room, from the bedroom you can really hear the bright or above and the road noise. May not be ideal for a light sleeper. This condo is in a great location. Less than 10 minutes from Sloan Park for Cubs spring training games. If you’re an A’s fan, you can walk to their ballpark. The condo was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was immaculate and all the appliances were newer and clean. It was nice to have laundry facilities in the unit. The cabinets were stocked with necessities.
We were disappointed that the garage door was broken and not usable. Someone crashed into it a few months ago and it has not been replaced. We were not informed of this when we rented the unit. We used the garage but there is no door. Overall, the unit could use a little TLC. The shower head needs repair. Patio area needs cleaning. Most of these things are minor and may have been taken care of since we left. Hoste was very helpful and responsive to my texts. Also, for being a pet friendly unit, we were disappointed to see carpet in the bedroom. We think a hard surface floor like all the other areas would be cleaner. Jennifer

Hoste was extremely responsive and very helpful. Condo was very clean and felt like home. The wifi was very spotty so keep that in mind if you're needing to work or do school. The mattress is also a memory foam mattress so keep that in mind as well. Other then that it was stocked very well, great location, no problem with deliveries from dashing and plan to stay there again! Ariana
