The space
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious and well-appointed living area. Challenge your friends to a round of stripes and solids on the pool table, which can also be converted to a ping pong and dining table. Gather around the TV for an entertaining evening watching everyone's favorite movies or shows. There is a second living room by the kitchen and dining area, which also has a TV and a set of comfortable sofas. The kitchen is a delight! The chef of the group will have amazing and modern appliances to work with, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and a dishwasher in the four-person island. The adjoining dining table is perfect for family meals comfortably seating six.
The living/dining area opens up to a gorgeous enclosed backyard with a private patio overlooking the lake, a comfortable seating area, a nice hot tub, a gas grill, and a four-person outdoor dining area to enjoy all of your meals al fresco. Nothing beats delicious meals and terrific water and golf course views! Back inside, this home also features three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a small laundry nook, and an office-like den with a comfortable sofa and a desk. The main bedroom has direct access to the backyard and a spacious en suite bath with a separate tub and a standalone shower. The other three guest bedrooms share a full bath in the hallway.

We loved this location and the hot tub / outdoor patio with the view was perfect! Quiet neighborhood seemed very safe with easy access to the 101, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails. Large area inside to spread out. Could use a little TLC but overall space is great. Deborah

We enjoyed our stay at Macario's place. It was clean, comfortable and in a nice location. The house was as pictured in the listing with plenty of space for our party of 6. We did have issues with the hot tub not working, which was disappointing, however Macario was very responsive in trying to remedy the situation. We definitely enjoyed the view of the pond and geese and would recommend this property. M

There were positives & negatives to this property. Positives were that the home was in a beautiful and very safe location. The view from the patio was amazing and the four bedrooms worked well for our group of 8 people. Negatives were that parts of the home were in need of general maintenance, updates and better cleaning. Examples were mold in seams of primary shower, hot tub not heating properly and dirty mug & utensils. We called the host regarding the hot tub and they said it might need to be reset and they would have a tech look at it which didn’t occur during our stay.
