A driveway provides off-street parking for multiple vehicles. A neat paved path leads to the sheltered front door. Inside, find yourself in a tranquil living space with an irresistibly plush L-shaped sofa with a built-in chaise and matching ottoman, ready to accommodate movie night snuggles, well-earned naps, and contented hours browsing on your iPad. The room is also appointed with a big TV, a ceiling fan, and a work area that includes a desk, chair, and storage.
Just off of the living room, a kitchen with a cozy dining corner provides a mix of bench and chair seating around a sturdy country table. Soft light through the lace curtains lends an air of gentility to hearty breakfasts. Get cookin’ with a full-size range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Keep yourself fueled with your favorite hot beverages all day with two coffee makers (one a single-serve Keurig machine), and a traditional tea kettle. A laundry nook off of the kitchen provides a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
A back door leads from the kitchen to a spacious covered patio with a family picnic table and a yard beyond enclosed by chain fencing.
This home provides three inviting bedrooms and one full bath. The smallest of the bedrooms offers a full-size bed and a closet. The other two bedrooms are both corner rooms with windows on two walls providing plenty of natural light. Each provides a queen-size bed, dresser, and closet.
An attractive full bath includes a combination tub/shower and a large vanity with storage below.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Free driveway parking on premises – 2 spaces
Sticky substances on tables and dresser. Bathroom walls has splattered substance on them. Outside of the house has spider webs by both doors and scattered trash on the side of the house. Outside trash bin was completely full and smelly on arrival. Placed trash by curb as requested and it was not picked up. I reported this to Hoste and was ignored. Called the local Hoste number and the person that answered was rude and no help and assured me the trash would be picked the next day. The trash was not picked up and this time no one answered the line. I messaged Hoste again and finally after two weeks an external vendor picked up the trash. Air conditioning went out two days before check-out. I reported this to Hoste and without even asking me what the issue was they told me that the temperature could not be set below 68 degrees, or the unit would freeze up. The AC was never set below 75, so this was not the issue. I will never stay at a Hoste rental again due to this experience.Show more We needed a place to stay asap and it was awesome.
