This is a very nice house in a great part of town that is close to everything. My only issue was that there is no hot water in the house. I did not see the other review mentioning it until after I booked. <br/>I want to be clear, they were very responsive about trying to fix it, even during Christmas however even after turning it to the max, the water still was not hot. <br/>Everything else was very nice but I believe the water heater needs a proper repair and future guests should be aware of this issue until it is fixed. This place is great! It’s really nice and modern. Very comfortable. Im giving it 5 stars, but there are things about this place that aren’t clear in the listing. This place does have four showers but one of them is outside. That’s probably cool in the summer but in the winter, not usable. I was here on a work trip with four people and we didn’t want to have to share showers. This house backs directly up to train tracks. So if you’re a light sleeper you should know this. The damage waiver is a $2000 hold on your card or $100 non refundable. This felt like a cash grab. Early check in is really expensive. In my experience early check-in is available or it isn’t. It’s not a paid thing. The water gets hot but you have to turn on all faucet in the vicinity to get the heater to wake up. There is a bbq place next door and the whole place will smell like bbq. Delicious? You decide. The host was very communicative and this place was worth it, but you should know these things before booking. Amanda

very nice spot, clean, pretty, responsive host, the cleaning instructions on check out were a little silly considering we already paid a ‘cleaning fee’ at checkout. other than that- 5 stars, would stay again. very beautiful Victor

Great stay. Minor inconveniences like no hot water at times, low pressure in the master bedroom shower, no curtains in windows in some rooms. Overall, good stay
