We really enjoyed our stay in this unique Airbnb! The indoor/outdoor pool area is very lush and beautiful. The open air roof is such a neat feature. Seeing birds and butterflies come and go through the roof was neat. Inside, the uniqueness continues with the cool spiral staircase and the whole look of the place. It’s nice and clean and the bed is very comfy! Being so close to the beach was wonderful. We made many memories here, thank you!

We had a great stay at Carter’s home! We originally booked for three nights and came back the following week to stay again. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The guys really enjoyed the pool, and Carter was quick to respond to any questions. We’d definitely book this home again in the future.

Everything was awesome love the place. Only complaint was my trailer was too wide for the garage. Parking was a nightmare for me. That is a niche thing though as I have a trailer and motorcycle with my truck traveling. Still got to use the garage for the motorcycle so it served some purpose. Palm tree blocks the walkway. Not sure if that’s taken care of yet.

The place itself, the satellite motel needs some updating and decorating meaning the hallways and the lobby area Its seems old and worn down. We would rent this place again.

This home was a gem!  My daughter lives in the same neighborhood which made this location ideal for our 4 night stay.  The house is updated and very comfortable and clean.  The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to prepare meals.   My granddaughter loved choosing from the many games available to play.  We used the cozy fireplace each morning and night.   Philip was always very responsive which we appreciated.  We will most definitely stay here again.

The place is beautiful just as seen in the pictures. It was kind of hard to keep it cool especially when cooking. But the host was very responsive. I requested more towels and I thought maybe housekeeping of the complex was going to deliver but it was through door dash. I had no idea they bought and delivered fresh towels until I seen the driver dropping them off. I was very impressed by this and grateful. I hope I’m able to book again on our next visit.

The house itself is so cute!! And it held all 6 of my family members comfortably! The patio with the fire pit and hot tub was so peaceful and well set up and decorated! It’s all located about 15 mins from all the good attractions in Colorado Springs. The only thing issue I had was I could have sworn the listing said 2 bathrooms when I booked, but there is only 1. But other than that it was a perfect stay!

Carter’s place was great! The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Living room was large with comfortable chairs and couch, bathroom was clean and perfect for the two of us. The neighborhood was very quiet, clean and safe. The neighbors were friendly and had their house decorated for Halloween! The house was easy to find and the back yard was set up nicely for relaxing time. The house is close to some restaurants and a few miles from highway. The house is older but very cute and taken care of. The driveway has ample parking for the house. I would definitely stay again!

This was a gorgeous and spacious airbnb located in a beautiful neighborhood in Tempe. The house had a lot of amenities and the pool was so refreshing in 100+ degree weather. The rooms were well equipped, had such comfortable beds, and had fans in each room. The rooms are also decorated so beautifully. Having a washer dryer was so helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with great appliances. The only thing I’d say was unfortunate was that the tub in the 2nd bathroom had a hard time draining. We would take a shower while standing in a puddle. The other shower in the master worked perfectly so my family was able to take turns at least. Would come back, just need to fix the tubs draining capabilities.

Perfect For The Aloha Festival
7 of us (60) came for the Aloha Festival weekend. The home had wonderful spaces that made conversations comfortable and fun. Ample parking, super comfortable beds in every room. Lovely backyard. Very responsive management for the few tiny issues we had. Great location. It's obvious the neighbor doesn't like having a vrbo next to them (sign in the yard about Hotels Not Homes, but since we were quiet, no issues. While the outside of the home isn't particularly "special" once you step in, it's lovely. Thanks so much! Wish you had a hot tub!

We must say Premier Pad's exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how MASSIVE the house is. There’s so much room to spread out—plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time without feeling cramped. The house was immaculate—super clean and well-maintained throughout. It had a beautifully organized, clutter-free atmosphere that made it feel like a luxury retreat. Every room was spacious and thoughtfully furnished, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The well equipped out kitchen was the stand out feature. The common areas were just as impressive, with a large, open living room and dining space. What a fabulous stay at this beautiful home in Tempe. Being my first time in Arizona, it was such a cute and unique experience for me and it was so appreciated. The beds were SO comfy, the decor and overall ambiance was amazing. The home was stocked with games and the pool was a blast, though the Jets to the pool never turned on until we were leaving, so not sure why that was, as it left the pool stagnant and not being skimmed for the two days I stayed.  My only real complaint is the previous guests seemed to have not followed the rules which did impact the experience of the stay. Otherwise it was really positive and I would definitely stay again the next time I'm in the area.
