AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

- After using the dryer please clean out the dryer lint trap/screen.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm and end at 7:00AM per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
- For safety reasons, we have permanently locked the fireplace and it’s not available for use.
- This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

We had a great stay with our family of 5. love the layout of the house. easy check in. we set the smoke detector off while cooking breakfast and were immediately contacted to make sure everything was ok! quick drive to garden of the gods, air force base, and downtown Colorado springs. kitchen was well stocked. nice appliances for cooking and laundry.Show more Philip’s place was great. Everything was exactly as described and even better. The home had so many cool features: smart features, neat lighting, bidet, cool backyard space, deer walking about the neighborhood that let you walk up to them. He really has thought of everything. We went to the grocery store prior to getting to the house on the first day, and we really didn’t need to as he had so many amenities it surprised me (sugar, seasonings, etc). The home is in the perfect location and we never had more than a 40 minute drive to any hike we wanted to do or thing we wanted to see, and most were within 20 minutes. The ice cream shop down the road, Josh & John’s, was a big hit. His food recommendations were great. We were nervous about staying in a neighborhood but it was always quiet and peaceful. So many deer in the neighborhood. It was nice to drink coffee on the porch each morning! Phillip was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely come back on a future trip!Show more
