Enter through the front using the code provided. After parking out front on the street or in the private little driveway you'll open the front door and step into a warm, bright, welcoming space.
There's a large sofa in the living room, comfortable seating and a décor and color scheme that's both inviting and modern.
Access to the kitchen is off to one side and includes a dining space for four. The kitchen itself is handsome and fully functional—ready for your culinary creations. All throughout this home the surfaces are of quality—wood and tile, granite and stainless steel.
The home's two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the main level—one featuring queen comfort, and the other a queen.

ATTENTION:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75/dog/week). No pets other than dogs allowed - we are sorry!
* No parties or events
* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;
* Garbage Bins are just outside the kitchen door on the right. Blue = recycle, Black = Trash Pick up every Friday. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* If you are staying with us on a Thursday night, we would be extremely grateful if you could roll the bins down to the street before 7am on Friday morning.*

This is a great place to stay, it's in a great quiet neighborhood. The location is central to everything, restaurants, outdoors, shopping. The host is very responsive if you need anything. The house is cute and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home. The fridge and washer and dryer are full size (not mini's). The backyard was great for my pups and a nice size for hanging out if you want to (it was to cold when I was there) However, I would have if it wasn't so cold it's nice and private. I can't say enough about this property. Thank you Philip! Brittany

I was disappointed to be informed AFTER booking that there were additional pets fees. The listing states “dogs okay” and does not list any pet fees. I value transparency and to be informed of additional fees for pets AFTER I originally booked my stay with my dogs reported, was, in my opinion, a deceptive business practice. They did the same thing when I got a message stating that “we can offer late check out if it’s needed”. When I said, “sure that would be great”, they responded that it would be a $25 fee. These things should be clear on the listing so you know what you’re in for before booking. I extended for one day and they changed the code for the lock so I had to contact them to get back in, they were quick to respond so at least they have that going for them. The house was comfortable and the location was good. The yard is a decent size and secure for dogs. The tv has poor quality speakers. The place was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The only complaints would be that there was some dog poop left in the yard from previous tenants. Also the picnic table out back got splinters on everything, so we couldn’t use it, but thankfully there was a second table.
