I booked Phillip‘s place to work remotely and relax but I got way more than I paid for. The neighborhood is so beautiful and peaceful, you can walk the trail or the neighborhood safely. Check in was a breeze and he had absolutely everything you need to make any dish in the kitchen, like absolutely everything. My husband and I are very active and having a full gym in the basement was amazing! The machines are top notch for bodybuilding. Stores were nearby and very easy access to the freeway. The place was spotless and cozy, the beds were so comfy. We seriously felt right at home, if we had a question he responded right away. I would recommend his place to anyone wanting to relax in a beautiful area. I didn’t bring my pup but he even had nice big dog beds in the main areas and the trails are perfect for walks. I had a last minute request, twice, to extend my reservation and he responded right away. This place is seriously amazing, book it! We will definitely be back!

One of the cooler AirBnb's I've ever booked. There were 11 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and multiple gamerooms and yards w/ pools. Our whole group was very comfortable all hanging out in the main house but it was nice to have all the extra space and sleeping quarters. Cheap ubers from the Airport and to Rainey and South Congress. We walked to dinner at 1618 one night, don't sleep on that place! Still can't believe this place exists so close to downtown, we felt like we were on an episode of the Real World.

Really quiet and safe neighborhood. We practically lived in the hot tub as it is perfect "Hot Tub" weather in Arizona right now. The house was clean and modern, and was very private. I also loved the back yard. Macario was very responsive and gave us a late check out option which I really appreciated. Honestly the perfect week would absolutely stay here again.

From check in to check out Macario was quick with responses and very professional. The home was everything that we expected and then some! The bathroom in the main bedroom was the biggest perk for me! I wished that it wasn’t snowing so I could’ve opened the door to the balcony. The beds were comfortable. We loved everything about the home. I would definitely stay again.

If you don’t need tons of space, this is a great place to call home away from home! The house is set back from the street, so feels very private. There was a guest or two below me, but I did not hear them at all, so again, private and peaceful. I didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit due to cold winter weather, but the spot looks inviting and cozy. The lights are on every night, so it also feels welcoming.

This was a great stay for our family of 4 and our furbabies. The backyard was big for the dogs to run and the inside was spacious enough for the kiddos to play with their toys. Working from home was not quite the best at this location just due to the inconsistency of the internet connection. But overall was a great place. Thanks again.

Philip’s cabin was well worth the price. I would do it all over again! I was looking for a quiet cabin for a much needed two week respite and Philip’s place checked every box. I love how it’s not far from Woodland Park or Colorado City; both great communities. The cabin was very clean. I felt warm and comfortable. The fireplace made a huge difference. The kitchen had all the proper amenities. I cooked meals with nothing missing for each meal. I would love to stay here again!

The property is just perfect for single or couple with a dog.  The home is very welcoming, lights were left on for our arrival which was at dusk so appreciated being able to see. Big home with big backyard. The view wasn’t perfect but you could still see the mountain range. The home was very clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great and cell service was good (verizon). In a cul-de-sac and no issues from neighbors. Close to everything - food, parks, hiking, & city. Was a nice place for my cat and I to spread out and relax.

What a fantastic house. We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our group. We came to ski and you couldn't find a closer location to the Mountain. We had room for family style meals and to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped and the appliance were top notch. The garage was even big enough for our sprinter van.

We loved this location and the hot tub / outdoor patio with the view was perfect! Quiet neighborhood seemed very safe with easy access to the 101, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails. Large area inside to spread out. Could use a little TLC but overall space is great.

This place was in close proximity to my family's gathering place during the holiday.  We enjoyed breakfast on the back patios in the sun together, and playing cards together in the large open kitchen in the evenings.  The home comfortably housed a family of 7 adults and we had a very memorable stay.  I would def stay here again and recommend to other large families.

While the home was spacious for our family of 4, unfortunately the house needs a bit of maintenance. Stained carpets, broken safety fencing around the pool, lightbulbs out, and overall general decline of the interior of the home was a big disappointment.The host was responsive to bringing us missing basic supplies- dish towels and sponge for the kitchen (none were provided), but the beds were terribly uncomfortable (cheap foam, no blanket on the master bed) and one of the bedroom doors unexpectedly locked from the interior (luckily my spouse was home and able to let me out). This home is not worth the high price tag and ultimately my family ended up moving to a new airbnb. Overall this house needs a lot of love to be comfortable and worth the $!

Perfect in terms of location.  Nice outdoor seating area. Macario was responsive. But we had issues, the first night we found there was no top sheet on the king bed.  Slept w/o.. It was cringe worthy.  --we  had looked in linen and our closet , next day, we were told to look some more, we finally found a sheet in another guest bedroom under a bunch of pillows-- had to make our own bed.  House needs TLC in general, linens and towels were sparse, no dish towels.  Got a text message (not on Airbnb) after we left from someone who claimed to be the property manager and wanted to contact me, I wanted to know who she was, and then sent on my info and never heard back. Last minute insurance waiver is either 1000.00 deposit refundable  or 50.00  up front to a company outside Airbnb. Sketchy.

I booked a stay at Premier Pads and paid in full two months in advance. However, the day before check-in, I was unexpectedly informed that I would need to pay an additional cleaning fee—otherwise, the property would not be cleaned. Despite this last-minute demand, I arrived to find the unit in an unacceptable condition. It had clearly not been cleaned prior to my arrival. This experience was deeply disappointing and does not reflect the standards expected on the Airbnb platform. I strongly urge Airbnb to review this listing’s practices.

We enjoyed our stay in Mesa so much! The house was perfect for our group and rather close to the Salt River for tubing. The pool was great for the summer heat and the outdoor patio was a real hit. Nice part of town, too! I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay there again.
