We had to cancel our stay within 45 minutes of walking in the door of this location. We were met with an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and weed upon entry. Additionally, one of the apartments had not been cleaned when we checked in and when we called to ask about getting it cleaned, the property manager could not confirm the cleaners availability in a timely manner. Finally, we noticed that the first floor had all of its smoke detectors removed causing an obvious safety issue. We tried to cancel with the host due to these issues and get our money back but they were very noncommittal . It was only after we contacted AirBNB directly that the host agreed to refund our money due to the concerns we raised. K

Our group of 12, including 2 kids stayed for the weekend as were attending a family event 40mins away. House is set up for renting multiple smaller units vs renting out the entire property but we managed to fit together in the 1st flr unit's kitchen/living room. Parking was easy although wish they had a sidewalk path vs walking in the street. Units were nicely set up, but my room in unit 1 had this foam pad in the closet that made it difficult for my sister and I to use. Another unit had a small issue with the shower but the owners made sure to send someone asap and it was quickly resolved. It wasnt our personal preference to have the kitchen table set up, as it took up alot of the space and just created a task for us to put the items away. Overall our family was pleased with the unit and even with some undesirable people occasionally seen walking the streets, we made sure doors were locked and had no issues. For a small or large group, I'd recommend this property.
