I will say the house is exactly as the pictures the host was very accommodating. We did have issues at check-in at the main gate so you need to make sure your names are at the gate before your arrival. I don’t think that was any thought of the host with this being the holiday week. There was some delay in response responses, but the host always was available and did respond back to our needs, we had a major issue with the refrigerator that went out again. The host and Airbnb were very accommodating and helped us out with what could’ve been a very bad stay for our family. We also left some vital items that belong to our elderly mother, and they were gracious enough to return it. I value that type of personal touches and I would definitely return to anyone of this host locations. Thank you so much for an excellent time. My family definitely enjoyed themselves. Vanessa

Pros:<br/>House looks exactly as pictured. <br/>Host was great! Super responsive & accommodating. Allowed a 30 min earlier check in without charging us the ridiculous fee & sent a handyman immediately to fix many of the issues. <br/>Cons:<br/>40 mins from Universal <br/>Community filled with Airbnb guests & disorderly. We literally witnessed kids throwing trash all over & screaming outside at all times of the night.<br/>House is older and everything looks overly used. Host addressed some of the issues right away but they only provide one towel per guest, all towels and bedding show signs of use with stains. Found other people’s hair in bathroom, poor cleaning job. TV’s all needed to be programmed, you couldn’t just turn on and watch & so much more. <br/>You pay extra if you need the pool heated & if you want a early/late check out. <br/>Paid over $1300 for 2 nights thinking this would be more convenient for our group but staying at a hotel closer to universal would have been less of a hassle and probably cheaper.
