Great experience. Host responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend and would book again. The house is a bit run down but clean. It backs to a public golf course which made the outdoor area nice to hang out in. <br/>The listing states that it has a heated pool and jacuzzi. Deep into the property's description was the fee to heat the pool and jacuzzi. The heating fee is $80 a day and has to be paid for your entire stay, you cannot pick and choose the days you want. The heater will only run for 10 hours but takes about 3-5 hours to heat. The jacuzzi only runs from 5pm-10pm regardless of the time you request. It took me several delayed communications with Macario to figure out how the heating schedule works. <br/>To note, there is a deposit for damage you have to put down. You can either pay a non-refundable $50 fee to cover $1000 worth of damages, or you can put a $1000 hold on your credit card to coverage damages. You will get the $1000 back within 10 business days if you don't cause any damage. Not sure what the return will look like yet. This was a great place that met our needs. We were very happy and would definitely stay again. great property, host was very responsive and easy to work with.
