I booked Phillip‘s place to work remotely and relax but I got way more than I paid for. The neighborhood is so beautiful and peaceful, you can walk the trail or the neighborhood safely. Check in was a breeze and he had absolutely everything you need to make any dish in the kitchen, like absolutely everything. My husband and I are very active and having a full gym in the basement was amazing! The machines are top notch for bodybuilding. Stores were nearby and very easy access to the freeway. The place was spotless and cozy, the beds were so comfy. We seriously felt right at home, if we had a question he responded right away. I would recommend his place to anyone wanting to relax in a beautiful area. I didn’t bring my pup but he even had nice big dog beds in the main areas and the trails are perfect for walks. I had a last minute request, twice, to extend my reservation and he responded right away. This place is seriously amazing, book it! We will definitely be back!

One of the cooler AirBnb's I've ever booked. There were 11 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and multiple gamerooms and yards w/ pools. Our whole group was very comfortable all hanging out in the main house but it was nice to have all the extra space and sleeping quarters. Cheap ubers from the Airport and to Rainey and South Congress. We walked to dinner at 1618 one night, don't sleep on that place! Still can't believe this place exists so close to downtown, we felt like we were on an episode of the Real World.

Really quiet and safe neighborhood. We practically lived in the hot tub as it is perfect "Hot Tub" weather in Arizona right now. The house was clean and modern, and was very private. I also loved the back yard. Macario was very responsive and gave us a late check out option which I really appreciated. Honestly the perfect week would absolutely stay here again.

From check in to check out Macario was quick with responses and very professional. The home was everything that we expected and then some! The bathroom in the main bedroom was the biggest perk for me! I wished that it wasn’t snowing so I could’ve opened the door to the balcony. The beds were comfortable. We loved everything about the home. I would definitely stay again.

This was a great stay for our family of 4 and our furbabies. The backyard was big for the dogs to run and the inside was spacious enough for the kiddos to play with their toys. Working from home was not quite the best at this location just due to the inconsistency of the internet connection. But overall was a great place. Thanks again.

Philip’s cabin was well worth the price. I would do it all over again! I was looking for a quiet cabin for a much needed two week respite and Philip’s place checked every box. I love how it’s not far from Woodland Park or Colorado City; both great communities. The cabin was very clean. I felt warm and comfortable. The fireplace made a huge difference. The kitchen had all the proper amenities. I cooked meals with nothing missing for each meal. I would love to stay here again!

The property is just perfect for single or couple with a dog.  The home is very welcoming, lights were left on for our arrival which was at dusk so appreciated being able to see. Big home with big backyard. The view wasn’t perfect but you could still see the mountain range. The home was very clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great and cell service was good (verizon). In a cul-de-sac and no issues from neighbors. Close to everything - food, parks, hiking, & city. Was a nice place for my cat and I to spread out and relax.

What a fantastic house. We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our group. We came to ski and you couldn't find a closer location to the Mountain. We had room for family style meals and to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped and the appliance were top notch. The garage was even big enough for our sprinter van.

We loved this location and the hot tub / outdoor patio with the view was perfect! Quiet neighborhood seemed very safe with easy access to the 101, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails. Large area inside to spread out. Could use a little TLC but overall space is great.

Por otro lado, el personal encargado de contactarse con nosotros no fue muy atento, además de que en el anuncio no viene que debes pagar un depósito de $50 dólares no reembolsable o $1,000 dólares reembolsable. Eso te lo hacen saber justo en el momento de acceder al alojamiento. Esto no nos pareció bien pero no tuvimos opción y tuvimos que pagar.

The house is decent, but there were a few things that really pushed our opinion down. First, the house was 55 degrees when we checked in. With the size of the house it took a couple of hours to get it up to a comfortable temp. Secondly, the internet was down, and I had to figure out what was happening and communicate with Macario. If he had a internet adjustable thermometer this may have been solved ahead of time. And the food left in the fridge didn't smell great. The big issue was as we arrived he sent a message about the security deposit. In the message was a link to an external site. I had to call and verify with AIRBNB that this was okay. And while he mentioned a deposit, I didn't realize it was going to be a thousand dollars. So either, he put a thousand dollar hold on my credit card, or you pay an extra $50 for insurance. I've been going to AIRBNBs for years and never run into anything like this before, so be aware.

Located in the best neighborhood in Show Low, so peaceful. Enjoyed just walking around the neighborhood, down to the clubhouse and even on the golf course cart path after 7:00 PM. The home was plenty big enough for a large family, we were only two. However, it could use some TLC, like the shower door and the shaver in the medicine cabinet as mentioned in other reviews. One other thing I will mention is the solar panel inverters in the office just off the master bedroom. They do make a lot of noise during the day, so we kept the door closed, luckily, they did quiet down a bit in the dark. Overall, it was a very nice stay in the white mountains.

We came up to the mountains for a baseball tournament and this cabin was a great value compared to other options in the area. We enjoyed the large main living space with pool table, comfortable reclining sofas, good ol' direct TV, and wide open porch surrounded by trees. Would love to see the upstairs loft turned into something fun for the kids! We had a great time, host is friendly and responsive. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

Beautiful and clean cabin provided a quiet summer getaway. Our family loved the pool table and outdoor deck. Daily deer visits out back. Got permission to wear shoes in the house. Appreciated the extra fans. Tips - the loft is very warm and doesn’t cool down till evening. Couches need to be plugged in to recline. No ice maker. No dishwasher soap and it took multiple attempts to get it delivered. You can tell that the “host” is very detached from this property and unfamiliar with the house, lacking a real owner’s TLC. Incorrect gate access codes and 45 min delay entering both the neighborhood and house. Broken barstool, master bath shower door issue, expired food in fridge, previous guest toiletries/meds left in guest bath. Regardless, we treated it like home and enjoyed the peaceful vibe.

We paid quite a bit for this place so we looked forward to the stay. Once we arrived, we were very disappointed. The house had not been touched since the previous guests left. There were food crumbs on the floor, the kitchen stove was filthy, lots of ants on the counters and on the one of the beds. All of the beds were unmade. The previous guest had put used blankets and sheets in piles on the floor and every single room had the dirty laundry piles as we surveyed the house. The bathrooms were not clean. We communicated with a host, and airbnb and provided photos. We wanted to leave but had no other places to stay and were hours from our destination. The host said that a cleaner would be on their way but no one ever came. Eventually we did the laundry, made beds & cleaned the house ourselves. One co-host was kind and allowed us a late check out. One of the other hosts was rude and lied and accused us of all kinds of things after we checked out. I can't believe how we were treated.
