Both bedrooms are furnished with luxurious King beds and equipped with wall-mounted smart 55-inch and 44-inch TVs for your entertainment. A fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with essential cookware. The living room boasts a generous 58" Smart TV with cable for your enjoyment. For convenience, guests have access to a designated one-car parking spot right at the back door. The full bathroom comes stocked with towels and soaps, and the condo is equipped with central AC and heating. Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

Type of Cooling for the Home
The complex has the boiler running in cold months and the chiller in warm months. The chiller won’t be turned on until around March-April. Our evenings are generally cool, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness, plus we have portable AC that you can use for extra comfort if needed.
Central AC units are best kept at 74 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 74 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Had a great stay here. Super convenient to walk to several stores, grocery, restaurants, gas station, bar, etc. Home was lovely and clean, pool was great. Would stay again! Great location, appreciated that there was a TV. In both bedrooms and living room . the balcony was nice because it overlooked the pool and the convenience of what old town has to offer nearby Cherish
