Our grills are propane grills, please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival so please plan accordingly.

NEVER AGAIN! $3,000 wasted! This was the WORST AIRBNB I’ve rented in years! There were cigarettes and beer caps on the floor when we arrived. The entire garage smelled like people were smoking for hours in there. The walls smelled smoky. The burners on the BBQ grill are broken, and it’s filthy as if it has never been cleaned. The kids splash pad by the pool had mold inside of it. The stove was FILTHY and one of the burners does not work. The handle to the sink in the kitchen fell off day 1 the second we touched it. The toilet seats are chipped and wood is exposed on the seat. The fridge was so dirty, it had soda splashed all over the ice maker/water section and the handles were sticky. Whenever we addressed concerns, Carter did NOT give a crap. Only the property MGR lady responded and a man finally came 4 days into our 6 day stay. He said “people complain all the time, and I’ve been asked about the sink plenty of times.” I paid for pool heating and it was not heated the day after. Darius
