Beautiful place and a great stay overall. The home is very comfortable and well located, and it’s a lovely spot to stay in Austin. The host was very responsive and professional, which we really appreciated. There were a few minor cleanliness details, but communication was prompt and handled well. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it. J

The host consistently responded promptly, professionally, and cordially to my messages and was accommodating of specific requests. The building was clean, comfortable, and spacious—more spacious than it appeared to me in the pictures. I didn't have occasion to interact with the neighbors in the adjoining duplex unit, but my spouse said they were very friendly. We never heard them once through the wall or anything, and, while we adhered to the quiet hours, our kids certainly had their noisy moments during the daytime (our interventions notwithstanding), and, to our knowledge, the neighbors never complained. The point is: the combination of soundproofing and cool neighbors seems to be working well.Because we were in town to visit family, we didn't do a lot of exploring the immediate surroundings. We did enjoy playing at Wooten Neighborhood Park just a few blocks away, though. We also had a great time at Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park, little under 15-minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would strongly consider staying here again on future visits, which I think speaks highly in its favor. Fernando

This is a very comfortable, modern house with plenty of room for our family. We liked the arcade game (and had a very fun family Tetris tournament!) and the proximity to 183.
