The house did not meet description at all. There was no gas to the house so the hot water heater and the dryer did not work. It is not located in a quite nice neighborhood as described. Dirty linen left in bedroom closet. Hardly any cooking supplies. Propane for the bbq was empty. Not a 4 bedroom house it is a 3 bedroom with an in-laws quarters they have made where you cannot access from inside the house. In laws quarters smelt like old cigarette smoke. Beds where stiff and terrible
