The host was very responsive. A great deal of thought and attention to detail went into the interior décor, which is beautifully painted.<br/>The property is located right next to train tracks, which might be an issue for some guests, but it didn’t bother us at all. The neighborhood is quiet, and since the house is the first one on the street, there is plenty of parking available. We visited during rainy weather, so we weren’t able to use the fire pit. All the appliances were clean and modern the beds were extremely comfortable bed sheets are thin so consider bringing an extra layer for your comfort. The home has central air conditioning and heating, which was especially helpful since we stayed during winter storm conditions. Uber Eats was unavailable due to the storm, but in good weather, this place would be a cozy and comfortable option for a large group. Joshua

Carter was very helpful and proactive with our concerns. While some issues were outside of his control, he quickly offered a practical solution, which we really appreciated. The house was neatly decorated and exactly as pictured. His responsiveness made our stay much smoother and enjoyable. Janine
