One of the cooler AirBnb's I've ever booked. There were 11 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and multiple gamerooms and yards w/ pools. Our whole group was very comfortable all hanging out in the main house but it was nice to have all the extra space and sleeping quarters. Cheap ubers from the Airport and to Rainey and South Congress. We walked to dinner at 1618 one night, don't sleep on that place! Still can't believe this place exists so close to downtown, we felt like we were on an episode of the Real World.

Great location, very close to the broadmore. It was a little tricky to find at first but other than that it was a cute and comfy house. The neighbors were a little nosy at first but I would book again.

This was a great stay for our family of 4 and our furbabies. The backyard was big for the dogs to run and the inside was spacious enough for the kiddos to play with their toys. Working from home was not quite the best at this location just due to the inconsistency of the internet connection. But overall was a great place. Thanks again.

Philip’s cabin was well worth the price. I would do it all over again! I was looking for a quiet cabin for a much needed two week respite and Philip’s place checked every box. I love how it’s not far from Woodland Park or Colorado City; both great communities. The cabin was very clean. I felt warm and comfortable. The fireplace made a huge difference. The kitchen had all the proper amenities. I cooked meals with nothing missing for each meal. I would love to stay here again!

We loved this location and the hot tub / outdoor patio with the view was perfect! Quiet neighborhood seemed very safe with easy access to the 101, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails. Large area inside to spread out. Could use a little TLC but overall space is great.

This was a fantastic spot for a weekend getaway. The pool and hot tub were excellent, and the condo staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We ran into a few minor hiccups during our stay, but our host was extremely responsive and genuinely committed to making things right. The location is also a big plus, with plenty of activities and attractions nearby. Overall, a great experience.

The place was beautiful and clean and in a great location. The heated pool was very nice and they filled all the propane tanks so we could grill and use the bonfire. Great communication and accommodating.

Really loved the MCM decorations throughout the house.  Situated across the street from a Safeway combined with the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals.  Location is great for seeing Colorado Springs sights. Very good value. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Macario's place. It was clean, comfortable and in a nice location. The house was as pictured in the listing with plenty of space for our party of 6. We did have issues with the hot tub not working, which was disappointing, however Macario was very responsive in trying to remedy the situation. We definitely enjoyed the view of the pond and geese and would recommend this property.

The layout of this home is absolutely beautiful and so well thought out. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking meals, doing laundry, and even bathing completely stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home where every detail was covered. The outdoor space was a highlight! The hot tub was ready for us the moment we arrived. When we did need a little assistance with it, the host was incredibly responsive—they had it fixed and ready to go within just a few hours. A wonderful, seamless stay. We had a good stay at Macario's place! The house is spacious, there are fun things to do (the golf, the corn hole, the pac man machine, I could go on!!), and the rooms are well appointed and spotless. Macario was an excellent communicator. The kitchen almost has everything you need - we made multiple meals and appreciated the beautiful fridge. We didn't pay to heat the pool - rookie mistake 😅 If you want to swim in the off season, even if the days are in the high 70s, heat the pool! We loved the chipping green too. Overall, great value, great place as a launchpad for Scottsdale area adventures, and a great host!

Great location!  Not far off the main road like a lot of other properties.  Philip was very responsive and helpful.  The kids loved the games provided.  I highly recommend if you kids as they will remember it.

Phillips place was truly amazing as you get a little, unsure at first when you pull around to the tight corners in the neighborhood it truly is such a cool spot that looks over the side of the mountain and you can just sit inside of a hot tub and hear nothing but snow falling truly an awesome spot super close to good restaurants in Manitou Springs and don’t let your eyes deceive you because the inside of the house is so much cooler than I was expecting it to be Philip is very responsive. Everything looked great including the bathroom!

Great place to stay in Phoenix! It was affordable, clean, and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We loved how close it was to so many great restaurants and local spots. A really nice value and an easy, relaxing stay.

We had multiple issues during our stay. The home smelled like pet feces and required additional cleaning on our part. The backyard flooded leaving the property unusable. And the host was slow to respond or resolve our issues. The home was also not in the safest of neighborhoods.

Floor needs to be fixed near back door. I wish there were flat baking sheets in the kitchen. Another roll of paper towels would have been nice.  Otherwise, fantastic experience and I’d consider going again.

This listing is a great find in the Downtown Phoenix area. I appreciate how close it was to most popular places, with 20-30 minute drives being the most we spent in a car each time we hopped in. The home is spacious, clean and has a nice modern feel and awesome amenities. From the dishwasher, the laundry room, fire pit, arcade machine to the hot tub. The hot tub particularly was a hit with my group. The grass near the hot tub does get a bit wet during use but you can avoid any mess by using the stone path around the yard. Finally, Macario was a great host; he was very attentive, friendly, and helpful with the overall planning of my first trip. I really appreciate the extra mile he was willing to go to make this trip an enjoyable experience. When I come back to Phoenix I will definitely be looking forward to staying here again! Overall, my friends and family were super impressed with the home, it made for a great pre-holiday vacation.

Our stay at Macario’s was less than what we were expecting. We arrived and found the lock box on the gate broken and on the ground. Inside the light fixture in the kitchen was  hanging down which I notified right away so we wouldn’t be responsible. I was kinda worried  when asked to purchase a $50 damage waiver or put a $1000 credit hold on my card for damages when I booked. Part of the kitchen floor had been taken up an a big rug placed over it like some work was being done. We had 6 people staying with only 5 towels and no wash clothes, one of the beds were sagging and the drain cover in the master shower was off. We had to purchase some of those items at the store for our stay. Overall our stay was just ok.  Not the best and not the worst. The location wasn’t too far away from some of the places we went.

Arrived at house and a 8x8 section of the kitchen ceiling was missing, owners patched with plastic and duct tape.  Kitchen had chunks of ceiling and dust everywhere.  House was 94 degrees because air conditioner wasn’t on.  Would never rent again from this owner.  Communication was poor with owner and they didn’t seem to care about condition of property.
