Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

The day of check-in right before we were boarding our plane I was required to pay for a damage waiver. I felt like this should have been done when I reserved the property. I was told I needed to complete an online ID check, but was never told where to do this. When I asked, all they sent me was a link that only gave me options for a late check-out. The pool was cold, so we did not use it. Also, we wanted to sit on the patio, but there was no propane in the grill or the fire pit. We had to buy our own toilet paper, kleenex, and a roll of paper towels. We had six people staying for four nights and were given two and a half rolls of toilet paper, no kleenex, and a half used roll of paper towels. When I reached out for more, I was told that the cleaner said there is more in storage. No information on where storage was or how to access it. The drain in the master shower wouldn't drain and neither would the sink in the main bathroom. The property is listed as four bedrooms, but in actuality it is only three bedrooms. They claim the trundle bed in another room, but they don't have extra pillows or comforter for it. The only thing we found was a sheet in another closet. We needed to dump the trash and there was only one bag! This property is pretty, but I would not recommend it. The lack of amenities was more stressful than it was worth! Nicole

It's a great location. Extra fee to check in . We enjoyed the lake. There were a lot of bugs with no remedy. We only stayed for two nights, but within 24 hours I had the check out notice to please let us know if you would like an extended check out so we can let the cleaning crew know when I asked him. He said I can send you the fees for that. I asked if he could do anything without an extra fee and he said no I need to be out by 10 AM and then I said with a fee what could it be and he said be out by 10 AM? I don't know if I'm dealing with AI or a human being but that was disheartening and when I tried to deal with it with him, it was like I was dealing with an automated service.
